Welcome to American Eagle Moving USA (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://americaneaglemovingusa.com/ and any related content, features, or services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Nature of our service

1.1 Moving marketplace only

American Eagle Moving USA is a moving marketplace and information platform. We are not a moving carrier, freight company, broker of household goods, or transportation provider. We do not own trucks, employ moving crews, or physically transport or store your belongings.

1.2 Connecting users with independent movers

Our Site helps users discover and connect with independent third-party moving companies and related service providers (collectively, “Movers”). We may provide:

Listings of Movers and related services
General pricing guidance and estimated ranges
Educational content and planning resources
Tools for submitting quote or information requests

Any moving, packing, storage, or related services are provided solely by the Movers you choose to contract with, under their own terms and conditions.

1.3 No guarantee of specific outcomes

While we aim to present accurate and helpful information, we do not guarantee:

Availability, pricing, or timing of any move
The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Movers
That a particular Mover will accept your job or deliver services to your satisfaction

Your decision to hire any Mover is entirely your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum age

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2 Use for lawful purposes only

You may use the Site only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Personal, non-commercial use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use (for example, planning a personal or business move, researching moving options).

3.2 Account registration

If the Site allows or requires account creation:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3.3 Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information, including about your move
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including via malware, automated scripts, or other harmful code
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without our express written consent
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site except where permitted by law
Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Site

We may, in our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Quotes, estimates, and interactions with movers

4.1 Quote requests and referrals

When you submit a quote or information request via the Site, you authorize us to:

Collect and process your contact and move details, and
Share that information with one or more Movers or related service providers that appear to serve your route or needs.

Those Movers may then contact you directly (by phone, email, text, or other means) to provide estimates, ask additional questions, or offer services.

4.2 No binding offers from us

Any pricing or estimates shown on the Site, or provided based on your online inputs, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding offers by us or by any Mover. Final pricing, services, and terms are determined solely between you and the Mover.

4.3 Independent relationship with Movers

Any contract, agreement, or transaction for moving or related services is strictly between you and the Mover. We are not a party to those agreements. We do not:

Set or control Movers’ prices or fees
Supervise or manage Movers’ employees, subcontractors, or operations
Provide insurance or valuation coverage for your belongings

Questions about services, schedule, insurance, claims, or payment must be directed to your chosen Mover.

4.4 No endorsement or guarantee

We may feature, rank, or highlight certain Movers based on factors such as location, service offerings, reviews, or our own criteria. These rankings or features do not constitute:

A formal endorsement, or
A guarantee of performance, safety, compliance, or suitability for your specific move

You should perform your own due diligence, including reviewing licensing, insurance, and customer feedback, before hiring any Mover.

4.5 Disputes with Movers

Any disputes, damage claims, billing issues, or service complaints relating to your move must be resolved directly with the Mover. While we may, at our discretion, collect or display reviews, we are not responsible for:

Handling or resolving disputes, or
Compensating you for damages or losses arising from a Mover’s actions or omissions

5. User content

5.1 Types of user content

The Site may allow you to submit, post, or transmit content such as:

Reviews, ratings, or feedback about Movers or our marketplace
Comments, questions, or suggestions
Other text, images, or information

(collectively, “User Content”).

5.2 Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it will not:

Be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful
Infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Contain personal information about others without their consent
Include advertising, spam, or solicitations unrelated to the Site

We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.

5.3 License you grant to us

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media, in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and design (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to American Eagle Moving USA and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Limited license to you

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by us in writing, you may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform the Content
Use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos displayed on the Site without our prior written permission or that of their respective owners

7. Disclaimers

7.1 General disclaimer

The Site and all content, information, and services available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement
Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Site
Warranties regarding the availability, performance, or security of the Site

7.2 Movers and third parties

We do not control and are not responsible for:

The actions, omissions, services, prices, or conduct of Movers or any third parties
Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from services provided by Movers
Any information provided directly by Movers on their own websites or in their materials

Any dealings or interactions between you and Movers or other third parties are at your sole risk.

7.3 No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall American Eagle Moving USA, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

arising out of or related to:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site
Any conduct or content of Movers or other third parties
Any contracts or transactions between you and Movers
Any content or information received through the Site

In all cases, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Eagle Moving USA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Site
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Any disputes or issues between you and any Mover or other third party

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

10.1 Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii and, as applicable, the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Hawaii, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10.3 Time limit to bring claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms

11.1 Changes to the Site

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

11.2 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by posting a notice on the Site).

By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

12. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any part thereof, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) shall survive.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies specifically referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and American Eagle Moving USA regarding your use of the Site.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
